Beautiful hotel. Nice large rooms. Students take our all the common areas so you can’t enjoy the lobby areas except later at night if that’s important to you. Not part of hotel but don’t take the light rail in front of hotel as there was some bad people on there and it had to stop to wait for police

Perfect location next to campus

Great location for U of M orientation. Walkable to campus and multiple restaurants. Parking was full but parking garage adjacent to hotel was easy - even has a walkway connecting to hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room was disgusting. The small windows looked directly into air conditioning units. The only chair in the room was shredded. Lastly, there were spots of dried urine on the toilet seat. After I complained we were upgraded to a different room. However, that room had a previous guest’s opened snacks and wrappers in a drawer. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
