Do. Not. Stay!!!

It was awful. Holes in the ceiling in the hallways with what looked like mold or water damage around it, elevator was in shambles with pieces of floor tile missing, our coffee table was broken, no cushions on the couch, smelly, and there were broken outlets on the walls. My boyfriend and I had driven 12 hours to get there so we laid down on the bed, looked around and decided to leave. We were charged $100 for a night because we “used the bed”…there were literal holes in places when we got there! Place is a dump and management sucks! Hotels.com reviews are not up to date with the legit conditions of the place, very very misleading.

Decent hotel in Minnetonka.

Room was clean & spacious. Main wall light was out; had to get bulb from receptionist to replace it. Breakfast is good with hot/cold choices. Overall, hotel is good.

I cannot believe this hotel was reviewed as an 8+ out of 10. It is old, dirty, and smelly. The outside side door lock was removed, so anyone could just walk in.
