The employees are so fabulous. Naomi and Ike at the bar area are a great team. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is great and oh my goodness those kitchen employees work SO hard. The egg guy, making 4 omelets at a time. Give that crew a raise!

Brought kids to swim and pool was closed

We wanted to take our daughter and her best friend swimming at an indoor pool as her reward. We couldn't get to the hotel until 10pm and planned to swim the next day but the pool was closed. It was a wasted trip $200 trip. We arrived looking forward staying the night with very excited kids and we left disappointment with very sad & upset children. I wish we would've paid for a different hotel, anywhere but here.

All of the staff were helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. The happy hour reception was great. We are the Friday Fish Fry and the food and service were wonderful. We did have an issue and it was handled efficiently and promptly.

My family loves the made to order omelets and evening snacks at Embassy suites so we’ll try to find one whenever we travel. This one is a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The neighborhood looks like it might have been a central area once, but is now somewhat deserted. We stayed over winter break for 4 nights. The weekend chef churned out omelets super efficiently but the weekday guy was much slower, causing many to wait for breakfast 45 minutes or more. The pool was out of order randomly which is understandable but disappointing for kids who want to swim. The room down the hall from us left their room service dishes outside their door and they were still there 4 days later when we left! I’ve stayed here twice in the last year and would stay again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

I have stayed at different Embassy Suites with a center courtyard. This one does not. It does have high ceiling in the lobby and hallways. A different vibe. Same Mgmt reception and made to order omelet station as part of the breakfast. Great location.

I booked 3 rooms for my family to attend my aunt's 75th birthday. We were driving 14 hrs from ohio, the wonderful check out lady, I forgot to get her name, made our check in so easy. She was friendly and accommodating. There were 2 buses full of students attending a big competition. I thought it was going to be crazy for checking in but no, it was so smooth. The coach, the students, and the Embassy staff were so polite and well mannered. Our 3 rooms were clean and well stocked with shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and hand soaps. It was not those tiny sample bottles but full size bottles. The towels were clean, beds were clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was so quiet. I couldn't belive there were 2 bus loads of students there. Kudos to the students and their coaches. There was plenty of parking spaces. I will definitely be booking this place every time I'm in the area.

Room was dirty. You could tell the group staying before us had a party. They had pink party concert and party favors left in the room. We had a two bedroom booked and one shower was too dirty to even use. When I mentioned to the staff at checkout that the room was still dirty when we checked in they laughed and brushed it off.

Pretty disappointed with this property. Embassy Suites are usually a go-to but this place isn’t it. The property is showing its age. Run down flooring and room amenities. Room was almost unbearably hot, we had the A/C running the whole time. Hot tub was hot but didn’t run. No pool towels and front desk wouldn’t provide any when asked. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Everything dingy and worn down. One good thing was breakfast and the omelet bar but that was the highlight unfortunately.
