We asked for our room to be cleaned and the top blanket to be replaced as it had a stain, but it was not cleaned. We had to bring this to the staff's attention, and it was done the next day (our last night at the hotel).

Hotel is becoming dated. We stay here twice a year at least. It's less and less nice each time we come. Pool has been lacking in cleanliness the last two times we stayed. We declined to use the pool the last two times.

The room was dirty the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guest the children next door was extremely loud. I requested another room the front desk clerk was extremely nice she apologized for the room she gave me a key to a room on the third floor that room was even worse the bed was made but when you pulled the sheets back both beds were full of hair. My family and I packed up our belongings returned the keys and left.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was amazing and it was a clean hotel with a nice hot tub and pool. We had to switch rooms which was not a big deal and they made it seamless. They should not allow smoking in the rooms. One room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a constant smell of weed in the air.

Breakfast had a variety of different food daily. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The heater in the room kept us warm during our stay. The icy spots in the parking lots need to be addressed, I almost fell on a couple of occasions.

The staff was good and friendly. The room was good, but the shower head was kinda off, but manageable. The breakfast was good and was always filled up. The only downfall was when we first got into the room, it smelled like something was smoking weeds. We had to air the room out but other than that, it was a good stay.

Everything was great, I didn’t realize when I book with Hotel.com, it didn’t show majority of my information at the Hotel, additionally I was charged another $100 at check-in that was said to be on hold until check out, apparently it’s still on hold at time of writing. I got confusing location of where to smoke cigarettes. It was ok to smoke in the front, then not. Then I needed to be 25ft away from any door. Just put a sign there to solve the problem.
