Checked in early to grab key card but arrived to room late and didn’t notice stains and clog drain on tub until arrival. The tub was taken care of early that morning, I had to get new roll of toilet paper as it was not a new one and old one had stains. The pull out and one one the queen big sheets had stains. House keeper did come and strip everything that next morning after I went to complain that evening. They could not switch my room or upgrade. Also, it was non refundable. Breakfast was okay, only decent item was fresh omelet. I never had an issue with this location but this time was not it. I Will not be back ,

This Embassy Suites is probably the worst Embassy Suites i’ve ever been to. Its pretty old. The lobby smells like pee/poop from the pool. The room is just haggard and needs a some repairs or deep cleaning. Stains on the carpet. Bathroom tiles were gross. Noticed the desk chairs leather in our bedroom was peeling apart. Lastly, upon arrival the front desk Staff Lianna i think her name was wanted to argue about my check in. I was confident i made a reservation for 2 seperate rooms but she wanted to argue my suite is 2 rooms and thats what i reserved and it was my issue to figure out. So i deep dived into my receipts from expedia and looks like my reservation fell under two names. I went down there and showed her. She still wanted to argue for a moment and all of a sudden finds the second reservation. It honestly made me rethink about staying at another Embassy Suite. I genuinely will not return to this particular one. It still boggles me how unfriendly this front counterperson was. It was like i felt like they were doing this to screw me out of a room.

Upon arrival, we were given an accessible room, which we did not request however, when I went back to change our room, I was told it was given to us because we requested an accessible room. However, the accessible room was dirty and furniture, and it needed to be replaced, and it was on the first floor a very hard way for a disabled person to get back to the accessible rooms. I thought that was Inconvenient, even though I’m not disabled, but for a disabled person that would be very inconvenient. The second room that we were given was on the fourth floor and the room still had hair on the floor in the tub and on the sink. So the room was not totally clean sufficiently. The breakfast buffet was OK, but not great. The sausages were not cooked completely. However, the omelette station was good.

Definitely stay again

The staff was all super friendly. This was the quietest hotel room ever! Room seemed bigger than other embassy's. Double queen bar open till 11, great area to play pool, darts, shuffle board with the family next to the bar!

We usually love staying at the Embassy Suites. It is our go to place to stay when we come to Milwaukee, but we will reconsider next time. They have several elevators but only one functioned when it wanted to. We were stuck on the second floor with no way down because the elevator would stop on the second floor, but it would not open. When we took the stairs in two different locations, we came to an emergency only fire door exit. We finally walked up to the third floor to take the elevator to go down to the lobby. The desk clerk told us of a set of stairs that we could use in the center of the hotel which exited to the breakfast area fortunately. We made several trips carrying our luggage, which was heavy unfortunately, down so we could check out. I asked if perhaps the elevators were malfunctioning because of the recent flooding and the clerk told me no, they do this when they are used a lot. THAT is why I question whether we will stay here again. I don’t want to take that chance.
