The property is good for group and as it has room that are suitable for the group size. However some areas need updating, such as carpet in the rooms look really tired and worn out. The cups in the room had tea stains on them.

The place is easily accessible. However, the floor carpets in the bedrooms would do with changing. Locking system needs upgrading, having to physically carry the key around can be a pain. To share 1 key yet sharing a room is a pain.

The room was soo cold and no heating available, tv was not working and requested a change in room but the reception was not very accomodating or friendly. Had to leave earlier than planned
