Our house rules: not suitable for infants/toddlers. Children over 12 welcome. Primary renter must be 25 or older. No smoking of any description including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana and inhaleables including medicinal (excluding asthma pumps) strictly upheld. No parties or events unless with express agreement of host, No pets.
Please note 2 dogs live on this property and love to help us in welcoming our guests! While they are not allowed into guest accommodations they do have the run of the exterior property and main house. IF YOU ARE NOT DOG-FRIENDLY, MILL BAY MOMENTS IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR YOU.

There can be no overnight guests that exceed the number of guests indicated on the VRBO reservation confirmation.

The accommodation is not child-proofed including beach access.
Pebble beach requires beach and water shoes.
