This hotel was just what we needed at the end of our trip. Semi luxury, with pool and spa included. The restaurant was perfect after a long day of tours. The pool and spa area was relaxing. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice room but view of stairs for courtyard in middle of hotel. Great facilities and close to transport and shopping. I would recommend this hotel but if staying for more than a night or two, ask for an external view.

We were so amazed with the room , the lobby area, and Martina was excellent proving very important information. Did i mention that the room was beautifully decorated; i felt I was sleeping on a musean. I do so recommend the hotel. Hey be careful because you sre going to fall in love with the hotel.

The hotel was fine. Decently close to the Centrale train station and literally 50 feet from a Metro station. Lots of store nearby. The service and breakfast was good but the room showed its age. Lots of little broken things. The showerhead didn't lock in place so it pretty much sprayed the wall at belly button height. Overall fine but needs some freshening up.

The hotel is excellent, but what makes it outstanding is the staff! Thanks to Viviana, Roberta and all the staff, who makes you enjoying at the most! I like the new bar at the Terraza but I would keep the bar at the lobby during the afternoon. Price/Value, Hotel Galles is an extraordinay option.

I normally don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt I needed to share my experience this time. First, the staff at the check-in desk were not friendly. It was difficult to communicate and they were very condescending, possibly due to a language barrier, but the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable. The room itself was extremely outdated, with worn-out furnishings and facilities. I was assigned a room right next to the dining area, which made it very noisy throughout the day till 10 pm at night Additionally, the housekeeping staff were quite inconsiderate, my pajamas were placed on top of my dirty suitcase instead of being placed somewhere clean like a chair, which I found disrespectful. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Extremely expensive rooftop terrace bar comparing to what you can get elsewhere. Old and dated room. Very noisy with thin walls, was constantly woken up by next door neighbours talking in the hallway and come back late at night
