I am in room 523 at Star hotel ECHO. The bathroom is ridiculously small and inconvenient. The standing shower is hard to get in and out of, and the toilet is placed so close to the shower that it’s uncomfortable. Unless you’re a short person, your legs won’t fit when using the toilet. Beside the sink, there is no room to put your own belongings at all. My friend paid the same price as me, but they had a bathroom of normal size.

Great room (2 rooms connected for a family of 4 with 2 young kids). Very clean, modern, sleek. Excellent location next to central station if you will be traveling (e.g., we used train to Venice, shuttle to airport, rental car to Lake Como). We chose this hotel for its easy proximity to Milan Centrale train station, but loved it for is lovely, modern feel and fantastic service. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Restaurant food was delicious, with great service. The front desk had excellent advice for navigating the city. We could not have been happier or more comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel.
