We were informed that we received an upgraded room, which was nice, but the overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations. The bathroom flush was not working properly, and the biggest issue for us was the drinking water situation. The hotel provides only two small bottles at a time, and every time we finished them, we had to call again to request more. They only give two bottles per request, which can be uncomfortable, especially for shy guests who may not feel okay asking repeatedly for such a basic need. Considering the hotel isn’t located close to the city centre, the pricing felt a bit high compared to the convenience and facilities offered. The stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
