Check in was extremely slow, after a flight the last thing you want is to be hanging about at a hotel reception. There was complimentary water in the fridge on the day of arrive but this wasn't replenish for the subsequent days which I thought was really poor.

the staff was truly amazing. front desk manager Clara is fantastic. the hotel is far from the center of Milan. however Tram no. 12 is the champ!!. it connects the hotel to the center in 22 minutes ride.

Suite room, was very spacious and clean, shower was very low powered. Pool was really nice, didn’t get too busy and good for a family. Location is decent for train or tram into Milan centre. Not much near by so be wary that you’ll have to stay in Milan to eat Breakfast was ok, gets quite busy and overcrowded and as standard no variation on whats offered. Restaurant service was terrible and food came out cold, they struggled to handle a slightly more busier time of year…

Good Stay, Comfy Hotel, Great Breakfast!

Comfortable good sized room and bathroom, with balcony. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, would recommend the breakfast, really good choice and good quality. Location was a little outside of Milan but actively by a train station 7/8 minute walk away.

Fantastic hotel!

I honeslty can’t complain about anything. Everything was fantastic, espeically the front desk staff who always went out of their way to help however they could.
