The property was lovely and the staff was very nice. The location was good. Frank N was very nice to us he had so much time to share all the information we needed. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and I will definitely be going back anytime I am in Milan

Decent hotel. But be aware. They took "pre authorisation" payment on check in AND then again on check-out. So you pay twice!!! They are not engaging on returning the "pre-authorisation" payment. Very poor.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. the hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. Excellent service. A huge THANK YOU to Sally at the bar / restaurant she was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and went beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. highly recommended this hotel. will be back for sure.

The staff were great at the Starhotel Ritz. When I needed help on a couple issues, the staff went above and beyond - they couldn’t have been more responsive. I liked the location, which is walkable from the central station, but right by Piazza Venezia. The only minus was the dated plumbing in the bathrooms but that’s a minor concern.
