I stayed in the hotel for the F1 weekend and found it to be excellent. The rooms were comfy and clean and the service was excellent. The hotel is only a short walk from Lima Metro station and approx 15 minutes from Milano Centrale so the location was ideal. Plenty of cheaper restauraunts and fast food nearby so dining options were plentiful. The only negative was that some of the streets around the hotel are pretty scruffy. That's not the hotel's fault though and the area felt safe, even late night and early morning.

Excellent hotel

Good location. Staff is friendly. No complaint, the only concern is when you travel with big luggage as the elevator is small and also steps down to the hotel from main entrance; otherwise no complaint.

We stayed at Star Hotels Ritz during our stay in Milan this month and were completely awestruck by the place. It had such a spectacular entrance and conveniently located to the City Centre. The Duomo was a 10 minute ride as well as the main city. The staff there is super friendly and always ready to help out. We loved the place and would love to stay there on every visit to Milan. It is very easy to find the metro from there too. Love the hotel.

Great hotel with transport links to all the sights, although we walked to most of them so a good location. Evening meal was great including service.

Used ours as a hub for going into town so didn’t use many of the facilities nor did we eat there. It did exactly what we needed with it being close to the Metro and walking distance. Only issue is that the lifts were small and didn’t have sensors to stop it closing…but this seems to be a theme across Milan.

We loved staying here for our first stay in a new country. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We loved that we didn’t have to lug our luggage up and down the stairs. The room was so nice and quiet. Also, we had a balcony! If we come back to Milan, Italy, then we will definitely be staying here again.

All perfect. Two improvements 1. The exhaust in the bathroom was not working. 2. The breakfast should have self-service coffee. Otherwise, liked fruits and nuts.
