Less than a 30 min walk into the city and close metro links make it an ideal place to stay. Staff were all really pleasant and dealt with the minor issues that arose for us. Lots of good places to eat around the hotel so we had a lot of choice. I would go there again.

I stayed in the hotel for the F1 weekend and found it to be excellent. The rooms were comfy and clean and the service was excellent. The hotel is only a short walk from Lima Metro station and approx 15 minutes from Milano Centrale so the location was ideal. Plenty of cheaper restauraunts and fast food nearby so dining options were plentiful. The only negative was that some of the streets around the hotel are pretty scruffy. That's not the hotel's fault though and the area felt safe, even late night and early morning.

Good location. Staff is friendly. No complaint, the only concern is when you travel with big luggage as the elevator is small and also steps down to the hotel from main entrance; otherwise no complaint.

We stayed at Star Hotels Ritz during our stay in Milan this month and were completely awestruck by the place. It had such a spectacular entrance and conveniently located to the City Centre. The Duomo was a 10 minute ride as well as the main city. The staff there is super friendly and always ready to help out. We loved the place and would love to stay there on every visit to Milan. It is very easy to find the metro from there too. Love the hotel.
