This is the last hotel i stayed for my trip. Very good area. Near Milano central train station. 5 minutes walk. Easy access to airport shuttle bus and restaurants nearby. My room again was single bed and I must said very Italian style. I enjoyed staying here very much. Free breakfast provided for my staying. Staff Vanessa and Jacqulyn was so friendly and made me feel like home. Room has no street view and quiet at night. Sound proof plus necessary complimentary necessities. My fridge isn't working but it was alright for me since I don't drink cold stuff. Front desk did offered to exchange it for me. I will definitely stay here if I ever travel to Milan in the future.

Great location with excellent restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and well-equipped. However, I did not feel comfortable staying at their tower which locates across from the main hotel. Any stranger could enter the building by following us (luckily it did not happen).

Lovely hotel a 5-minute walk from the train station, subway stations and a grocery store. Our room was modern, comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We took the subway (people along the way always helped us as needed) to the Duomo and back. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient for Central Station

Stayed here with three friends in August. Travelled from Bergamot Airport by shuttle bus so was just a few minutes walk from the drop off at Central Station.Check in was smooth and we were lucky to get into our rooms early.Very happy with the room especially with the mini fridge which was replenished daily with soft drinks and water.Staff were all lovely and helpful.Wi fi was very good.Only one small thing that we thought was unusual in this day and age was we had to leave our room keys behind reception when we left the hotel .We would definitely return to Berna.

Pleasant and convenient location in central Milan

Good location just around the corner from the Metro stop, easy to get everywhere in Milan. The desk service was good and they were very helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant. The rooms are a bit small - but that is true everywhere in Italy! Big enough for two.

Lovely hotel close to Milano Centrale train station. Nice and safe to walk around with lots of police visible and many restaurants nearby . Very close to Metro and only 4 or 5 stops from Duomo . Great breakfast and lovely staff . Would choose this hotel again !
