The room's nice, but it's small. And it was super cold in there, plus it was freezing outside. I had to go to the lobby a bunch of times to ask them to turn up the heat.

Everything about the stay was great. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfast options were really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was nothing fancy but was spotless. Front desk service attentive and polite. Easy walk from Central Station which was my main focus for an overnight stay en route to somewhere else. The modest rate in a pricey neighborhood makes this a bargain.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The only slightly negative thing to point out is the rooms are dated/old and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, when they use the bathroom, etc. But everything in the room worked fine and that is all I cared about. The staff were great, and the breakfast was wonderful (a great start to my day). The best part is the location. It is only a couple of blocks from Centrale station, and I knew I would be coming into Milan that way as well as taking a tour out of there – so it was very convenient. Plus, there was a Metro stop (which I used a lot) right on the corner. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance including a Michelin-rated dim sum place that ended up being one of my favorite meals. I highly recommend this hotel.
