You are paying for a convenient location next to the train station. Room was clean. Breakfast is not included. Bell hops are aggressive in taking bags from you up/down the front steps.

This is a great location in Milan. The breakfast is great and the hotel is clean and the staff are nice. The only two items we didn’t appreciate were the slow internet and the shower head wouldn’t stay up by itself. That said I would stay there again.

Great options with the breakfast buffet, the location was perfect being walking distance to the train station and we didn’t get bothered by city noises. Location is great walkable to the Doumo - we ended each night at the bar, and staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean, shower was great. Would definitely stay here again
