The room was an extremely clean and a great size for our family. Our kids especially loved the indoor pool! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was responsive to our needs. We will definitely keep them in mind next time we are in the area!

My bathtub was dirty when I arrived. The drain didn’t keep water in it for the bath tub. I didn’t have body wash in the shower. When I arrived the fridge was warm and I had to have someone come up and take a look at it. I brought things that had to be refrigerated and didn’t stay cold and had to throw my items out. My son got burned by a candle that was lit and moved to where he was at and someone had to pat on him to get the fire off him. The elevators were stopping at every level. Just not a pleasant experience.

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location with close proximity to shops, restaurants and the Willowbrook Mall. Staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. There is a really cute lobby area with a fireplace, cozy seating and co-working spaces. The restaurant and bar area is spacious, and the food was very good. I will stay here again for sure.

Room was not cleaned daily , safe was inoperable for 3 days towels were musty. Elevators were made to stop on every floor all day and night for some religious convention. Just terrible
