Nestled in a quiet neighborhood this BOHO chic styled cottage is perfectly sized for a couple’s vacation up to a large family retreat. This property is perfect for entertaining with all new furnishings. The main floor includes a large living room with multiple couches, comfy seating and a large TV with cable, premium channels and multiple console hookups... bring your favorite gaming devices. Also on the main floor is a dining area with a circular dining table that opens up to expand for a large family gathering. From the dining area enter the spacious kitchen with all new appliances and an eat in nook perfect for your morning coffee. Looking to spend a quiet night in? This kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal just bring the ingredients. Each of the three bedrooms has plugs and USB ports perfectly placed for your bed side table, new wall mounted TVs with cable and premium movie channels and a seating area so you can escape to your own room if needed. No detail has been overlooked. Along with the main floor living room there is a second large living room with a slider door out to a wood deck with patio furniture and a spacious private fenced in back yard. Lovely house and location

The stay was lovely, I enjoyed the house! I wouldn't say its walking-distance from town, but it was just a 10-20 minute drive away. The house had ample spaces to sleep and sit, the kitchen was stocked and mostly clean. There were a good amount of towels and there were even hotel sized toiletries in every room. We did use the laundry which worked well. The AC was easy to use and there was lots of space for parking in the driveway. Check-in was simple but I only received check-in instructions about 30 minutes prior and there were still landscapers there after the 4pm check-in time. The backyard was not cleaned, the patio and patio furniture was very dirty and covered in leaves. There was a dead animal in the lawn; the landscapers had just been there to mow and I guess didn't notice. This was disappointing because we had a big dinner planned in the back since it was nice out! Overall, I'll give the house 4/5 stars for being a nice big house with lots of amenities but for as much as we pay for cleaning on these sites, I expected more.

Great Place/ Great Stay

The house was beautifully decorated in a nice quiet location.Every room also had A/C and tv’s. So comfy. It was easily accessible to the Cliff Walk/ beach and downtown Newport. A couple of items to note; the upstairs bedroom with the bathroom attached- the sink’s water pressure was very weak. Hopefully, there is a way to fix it. Also, the bedrooms had no shades or curtains. That might be something to add. Our family are not early risers so it was a tad bright at 6:00am. Otherwise, the owners did a great job with the property! We had an awesome time.

Newport Marathon Rental

We had a pleasant stay, the house was actually more impressive than it was in the pictures which is usually the opposite😊. Very clean and spacious with TVs in every room loaded with all the streaming services to boot. Very conveniently located to Easton Beach which is the start of the race( about a mile) and to downtown Newport as well. Would highly recommend it!

Amazing house, 10/10 recommend

This house was everything we imagined it to be and more. The pictures don’t do it justice, and they’re great! The house is so beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for air mattresses. We had a group of girls and we were all able to get ready and have enough space to not feel crowded. Close to the beaches and an easy Uber down town. We definitely will be renting again and cannot say enough good things about this property.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was the perfect house for us. Beautiful house, very clean and spacious. There were 9 of us and we all had a comfortable place to sleep. Girls getaway

We booked this rental for a girls getaway in Newport. Con was very responsive from the moment we booked. The house is ADORABLE! We were obsessed with the decor, spaciousness, and location. We were only a short drive to Middletown which has amazing restaurants and Newport Vineyards and about a 10 minute drive to Newport. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. We had a group of 8 which can be hard to get a house for that size in the Newport area without spending way too much. Although there are only 3 bedrooms, the downstairs has a pullout couch and it’s own bathroom so it was perfect for a bedroom. Everything was clean and the house is really cute. Easy Uber ride to downtown Newport as well.

Fantastic place!

Had a phenomenal stay here with my wife and friends. The house is well appointed and much larger than it seems - there are two additional separate "living areas" downstairs with pull out couches in the game room and lower level living room. Location is very close to 1st beach and the rest of town (still preferable to have a car). Only suggestion would be to add a grill in the backyard!

Wonderful house and owner!
