I had an unpleasant experience during my recent stay. Despite being scheduled to check out on the same day, a housekeeping staff member entered my room for service while I was still sleeping. This was a serious breach of privacy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it was due to miscommunication, but such incidents should never happen. Proper coordination and respect for guests' space is essential. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and briefs the staff properly to avoid similar situations in the future.

Says pet friendly but area was not clean, broken glass and trash around property. Pictures online of the property are not reflecting the actual look of the outside of the property. Inside, fixtures are loose and elevators take a long time.

Felt safe in city and had good parking both nights. Breakfast was a nice option for saving money and it was cheaper than all other options we saw. Good accommodations for the money spent for sure.

There was no food options close except for a dunkin’ donuts and popeyes. Around the river outside the property there are rats. You have to pay for parking but there are not enough parking spots for everyone. Aside from a nice lady at the front desk, Anna I think, the rest of the staff were not attentive at all and seemed like they did not know even the basics of their jobs. I reserved a room and included a child younger than 2 on my reservation and yet there was no crib and the only one that was in storage was broken.

The beds were probably the most comfortable beds i’ve ever seen at a hotel. Only complaint i’d have at the hotel is that they serve the same breakfast every morning. It gets kinda repetitive when staying for 3+ days but it’s free breakfast at the end of the day. Great stay.

Overall property was nice. Breakfast was not the best, have had better at other Hampton Inn’s. Toilet continually ran and toilet paper wouldn’t stay on holder because it was broken. Beyond that the rest of the stay was good, friendly employees working hard. Would stay again.

False payment advertising,Not clean.no restaurant

Advertised onsite bar & restaurants but No bar or restaurants. Pool was 3/4 filled & dirty. Room carpet literally filthy, linens grey/ish & worn out, I used the “reserve with cc & pay at property” option, hotel accepted my paypal cc for reservation , they took payment day before ,then put it back , cancelled my rez cause they don’t take that card even tho they accepted my reservation with it.No notice to me. I call. Pay again , get to hotel they tell me i didn’t pay. Have to transfer $ to my bank card cause they only take major bank cc cards, do not tell you & will accept ur rez with any card . Once u get there different story.
