Fun Hotel - comfortable, good food!

The room was lovely and very comfortable, as was the hotel. Friendly staff, great food and drinks, nice pool. Well located to South Beach attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room is little noisy, but it is value for money. Toilet was not clean unless you requested for it. Location is great, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping mall.

The front desk and bellboy lost our bags for two hours as we were trying to get to our room after after a redeye flight. They did accommodate us for the trouble, but it was frustrating that that was something we had to deal with. The rooms were small and not at all what we expected from the photos. They also charge us an additional $102 that was not expected through the Expedia website, I guess it’s not really their fault if it’s not posted on the Expedia website, but I’m not sure how that wasn’t already added into the overall price. The pool was nice, but some of the pool chairs and surrounding area of the pool were dirty. It is close to the downtown area where all of the restaurants and bars are so that was a plus though.

I travel a lot for work and The Plymouth has become my go-to hotel in Miami. It’s peaceful, elegant, and always clean. The staff goes out of their way to make everything smooth.

Perfect escape from the busy South Beach scene. The Plymouth offers a more relaxed, boutique experience but still close to all the action. Room was super clean and the bed was heavenly!

What a fantastic boutique hotel! We came for a weekend getaway and ended up extending our stay. The vibe is classy but not pretentious, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend The Plymouth.

Our stay at The Plymouth was incredible! The hotel has a charming Art Deco style and a super relaxing vibe. The staff were attentive and made us feel right at home. The pool area is a hidden oasis — absolutely loved it!

We had an absolutely perfect experience here! The aesthetic is absolutely delightful. The pictures live up to the hype! Greenery from the plants and so much pink! Vintage decor. Small details like sunscreen and after sun by the pool, a pool attendant who pops by with fresh orange slices and samples of drinks. The pool is delightful! Well designed with lots of space to sit IN the pool and lots of space to swim across. Both family friendly and couple friendly. Cute pool towels. There’s also beach access a few blocks away. It was too hot for us to stay at the beach but it looked lovely! Towels at the beach and chairs. The cutest and yummiest breakfast ever (buy the breakfast package!!) at a restaurant two blocks away (Orange Blossom). And the staff! We had such great encounters. From someone nearly always being around to open the door to you, to the front desk gals who are kind and attentive! If we ever come back to Miami Beach, this is the hotel we will come to again! If you want a pristine hotel that is new, this won’t serve you. This is an old hotel that’s been restored beautifully! Full of character and charm.
