he apartment is very well located and the bed is comfortable. However, I wish they had been clearer about the parking situation — there is no dedicated parking, so you must use the hotel’s valet service, which costs $75 per day. This should be specified in the listing, and it would be helpful to provide information about nearby public parking options that are more affordable. The apartment itself is nice, but it does need some maintenance — the walls show signs of moisture and could use a fresh coat of paint.”

I stayed at The Elser Hotel through Miami Vacation Rentals. Althought the hotel was nice, the service through my host was terrible. I had no contact whatsoever with the host and could not communicate at all. Because of this we didn't get housekeeping service when it was included in the package. In the package it also said that valet parking would be $58, however we were charged $75.

My husband and I had a great stay at Elser Hotel & Residential in a studio unit. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable experience overall. However, for those traveling on business, we found the lack of a proper desk and chair a bit challenging—working long hours from the sofa and coffee table wasn’t ideal. That said, the location is fantastic! It’s close to parks, museums, a shopping center, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even Whole Foods for organic grocery needs. A great option for leisure travelers, but business travelers might miss a dedicated workspace.

Quite the experience (41st floor : )

Be aware that early check-in might not be available and you're only allowed to use the pool area once you're checked-in. However, the wait was worth it. Amazing place!

The pool chair lift for disabled people was marketed on expedia and the hotels website. This was the reason we booked the hotel so my friend who is paralyzed could use the pool facilities. Unfortuntely the pool chair lift and eleavators were not maintenanced properly and were in very dangerous condition. The building property management that maintains the pool ammenties and elevators was very rude, avoided contact, denied responsibilty and fault. These things are Potential violations of the Florida Disabilities Act and city requirement for elevator safety placard cerifications. Unfortunely we had a terrible experience and do not like doing business with companies who do not respect the civil rights of Disabled people
