Great hotel, the supreme suite was great. Not much around the area so had to get grab everywhere but was cheap so that was ok. Amazing views from our room. Very clean room and good food at restaurants

Fabulously relaxing spot. A great place to chill out after the buzz of George Town. Staff couldn't have been friendlier, so happy to help out, make you feel at home and go the extra mile. A real gem.

Beautiful hotel with great helpful staff. Room was clean and lovely. Got afternoon tea, Barnstaple coffee and some laundry for free because of long stay. Close to everything but not in most touristy areas so close to local and tourist areas, markets, restaurants, shopping malls, etc.

This is the second time we return to the hotel, and the condition of the hotel stays just as well. We like the swimming pool and gym facilities, the nicely decorated lobby and the good view of the general surroundings. You would need a car to travel to Penang Island from this hotel
