The Nautical Nights is the perfect place to unwind, located in the heart of Downtown Melbourne yet only 3 miles from the beautiful Florida beaches! Enjoy terrazzo flooring through out this artistically decorated unit. Every detail through out is so unique and sure to send you sailing into a relaxation! Fantastic dining, shopping, and night life is all within walking distance through Historic Downtown Melbourne! For those who enjoy nature and a brisk walk/run, the Melbourne causeway is less than a mile away and there you can often see dolphins swimming and many other amazing wildlife! The Nautical Nights in Downtown Melbourne is the perfect getaway or refuge for leisure or business travel!
This duplex property is centrally located so you can enjoy all the Space Coast has to offer! Many famous attractions are an hour or less from The Nautical Nights unit in Downtown Melbourne.
