The only reason we were even in the area, was to attend a family funeral nearby. When relatives asked us where we were staying, we told them where we were and advised them to never recommend the Quality Inn in Lockport to anyone they knew. The poor condition of the rooms, lack of cleanliness, ripped furniture and disgusting hygiene protocols – combined with the laissez-faire attitude of the staff regarding guest care has certainly left a sour taste in our mouths and prompted the need for this report.

The room was dirty cat food under where the TV was cat toys under sofa film around the hot tub and saw bugs. The young man at the desk was very polite and helpful. The woman owner was very rude and was very ignorant in her word choices basically racially profiled my girlfriend that was with me. Will never go here ever again.

Room was filthy. Especially the floors and tub area. No room service at all. Had to ask for towels and no trash pick up. Breakfast buffet was not a buffet. All carbs and sweets. Dead tree in lobby was nice touch. Coffee weak. Beds were comfortable though. Would not recommend.
