Perfect multi generational boating vacation ranch property on one of the most scenic spots on the upper Chain-O’Lakes Fox River. 1 mile south of the Chapel Hill Rd. bridge and 2 miles north of the no wake zone in McHenry makes it close to everything on the chain. Updated kitchen with new appliances and new flooring throughout are recent additions. Fantastic views of the river along with amenities to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Pier easily accommodates two fishing boats or pontoon boats with a landing close by. Comes with all bedding, towels and beach towels. High speed unlimited WiFi with garage that has an extra refrigerator and deck that has a large gas grill and a large Weber grill. Two new 10’ Pelican kayaks with paddles and life vests included. Pontoon boat available for rent.

Exactly as the pictures. Super comfortable w/ a great view. Super place to relax or have fun. Swimming off the dock everyday and night. Frank was a great host and very accommodating. Hope to go back again soon.

Perfect Spot on The River

We stayed here with 2 other couples and had a great weekend. There was plenty of space for cooking, sleeping, fishing and just hanging out. Great spot on the river that connects to the big lakes. It was better than expected and at a great price. The owners quickly responded to all communications and were extremely helpful. We all decided to come back and stay longer than just a weekend. Thank you!

Loved our stay here. Highlight of our summer. Already talking about going back.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Great house with an amazing kitchen. Perfect location on the Fox River. Beautiful daytime and evening views of this expanded section of the Fox River. We loved the backyard. Nice bar area for lunch and watching boats go by with plenty of shade and soft green grass. The backyard has nice lighting at night too. Kids played in the water by the pier (bring water shoes) and enjoyed swimming in the waves. We also rented the pontoon boat from house owner and it totally made our trip. It was so fun to go out on the river and up to some of the other lakes. Sometimes it’s hard to please boys ranging in age from 11 to 17 but not this time. They all loved this property. We also rented wave runners at Rawson Bridge Rentals in Cary. Our only regret is having to leave this place but we will definitely be back. Thanks Frank and Mary for sharing your home.
