Couldn't control the a/c heat. Hair dryer didn't work . Called the front desk. No response. We had a suite. The hot water only worked in the bathroom off the bedroom. Jacuzzi tubs not much warmer than the pool. The service out by the pool was great.

The staff was great! Rooms in the tower were under construction. Because they are updating. But our room in the the other building was clean and had a great view The location is the best! Right in the golden zone The pools are very nice The beach side restaurant was very good!

The hotel room was disgusting, the shower door was broken and off it's hinge. The metal brackets were rusty and exposed. If you weren't careful you were able to cut yourself. The toilet made a screeching noise when you flushed it. The sliding door to the balcony did not close, which explained the moldy smell in the room. Can't imagine staying there with kids and feeling unsafe with the balcony door not being able to shut safely. I was due to stay for 3 nights and I left the hotel after the first night and made other accommodations at a nearby Air BnB. Please do not stay here, there are better options.

The hotel has been recently bought by a new owner- lots of noise, dirt and construction going on- while that means improvements and upgrades it was very poorly handled. 40% occupancy could have allowed them to stage the construction and given us -n the guests much better experience. We had cockroaches in our room/ have been to Mazatlan 17 times- a first and were lied to by a staff member about our ability to take an Uber to the airport- shame on you. I will not be staying there again

Part of our party was disturbed by construction noise and certain areas of hotel were unavailable due to construction. Also, the restaurant defaulted the credit card charges to dollars rather than pesos (and charged a 5% conversion fee)

I want to give it a 10-10 but our curtains had holes the main bed room door had a hole as well out of our 7 day stay they came to fumigate our room like what who does this on guest. There was no do not disturb sign so there was a knock every day
