Property was beautiful, clean and service exceptional. There should be small fridges in the room, had a coffee maker with no mugs or coffee. No place to keep drinks or water cold. My husband has to have insulin and it needs to be refridgerated, had to use staff fridge at entrance level, we were on 4th floor. Cilantro restaurant was maybe 2 star at most, needs a new chef. Italian restaurant was fantastic as were the restaurants at other resort at Emerald Bay.

The resort is clean and beautiful. The staff is amazing, very friendly and attentive. The food is average, at the resort but at Casa 46 the food was excellent. I would love to give the resort a 5 star but the mattresses were just not pleasing. They were so hard, my husband and I had to get messages because we had such horrible rest.On our ladt night we slept on the sofa in our Jr Suite. Also One very important thing all tourists should know is that Mazatlan beaches are known for BANDA music, there are bands playing on the beach everyday. Its cultural and it can seem a bit annoying at first but if you understand this before hand then at least you are prepared that you may or may not get a restful time on the beach. We enjoyed having the beach and full service only a few feet away from the resort, and the pools are another option if you don't want to be at an earshot of a BANDA playing.

The staff here are exceptional. This is our second time we have been to this resort. Its very central to activities outside. We look forward to trying other peublo bonito resorts. Travelling with someone who has ocd I can also say it is extremely clean as well.
