Room was clean / immaculate and the cleaning lady (lily) even made 2 swans out of the towels (amazing job, I took photos for my wife) - buffet breakfast was wonderful and staff were kind and helpful - lobby staff were efficient and most helpful - concierge had a great personality and always let people know when their transport was arriving - Fiji airways desk person was so helpful - Overall a great holiday experience and would gladly recommend to family and friends. We stayed for seven nights to celebrate our honeymoon, and as first‑time visitors to Fiji, the experience was truly extraordinary. Our room came with its own private pool, which made the stay feel even more special and intimate. What really stood out was the staff — incredibly accommodating, genuinely welcoming, and consistently hospitable. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The resort also offers a great selection of restaurants, giving us plenty of delicious options throughout the week. While the rooms are a bit outdated compared to some other resorts, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. The warmth of the staff, the beautiful setting, and the unforgettable moments we shared made it an amazing honeymoon and a stay we’ll always remember.

Great Stay at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa A nice experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning, and set on a beautiful stretch of beach with breathtaking sunsets. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable, with lovely views. Dining options are ok, the pools are fantastic, and the overall atmosphere. Perfect for a stress-free getaway in paradise—highly recommended.

We love the Hilton Fiji for the staff, LoLo Buns at breakfast the quiet, the location, the range of activities from fire lighting to traditional kava ceremony’s, walking and basket weaving. The accomodation is set amongst lush gardens stretched out along a pathway way that stretches 2.5km. You have a maximum of only 3 other ‘rooms’ in your ‘block’ so you can feel totally immersed in the surroundings. The Hilton is not the newest of the Hotels at the Denarau, yet it is clean, comfortable with all the modern amenities. Of course the staff are amazing. The option to use the Family pool or the Adult pool or to eat breakfast with this as an option is an added bonus.

The resort is large and the staff are friendly, but overall not very helpful. It’s easy to feel lost, and there isn’t much guidance on where to go or who to ask for assistance. The restaurant experience was disappointing, though the bar service earlier in the day was good. One uncomfortable moment stood out: after we were told our bill would be charged to the room/we provided our room number and signed the receipt, we got up to leave and a staff member ran after us in front of the pool and restaurant as if we were trying to leave without paying, which was embarrassing. Our room was clean and well kept, but the expectation versus reality of the ocean-view room was the most disappointing, as the view was mostly blocked by trees. There was also no screen door on the patio, which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. On departure day, we scheduled (via front desk) help with our bags and no one showed up. We also had questions about Fiji Airways check in, but couldn’t find anyone available to assist. After checking out, we continued to receive automated text reminders as if we were still guests, which added to the frustration. Overall, there were some positives, but the lack of support, communication, and unmet expectations made the experience feel average rather than relaxing.

A large family moved in above us for a couple of days. The kids were noisy running around a lot which transmitted down to us. They should have been placed in a more soundproof area. The rest of the stay was good.

The room is a villa in itself, plus the service is top notch, we were there for 3 days, felt that it was not enough to enjoy the place fully and hope that we return soon to this beautiful place. Also the people make it more beautiful such good hospitality and fun 😁
