Soak up some serious sun at this waterfront Florida Keys vacation rental whether you`re lounging poolside, or spending the day out on the waves, "Paradise Found" truly lives up to it`s name.

Located in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity to Sombrero Beach this home does not disappoint. Make use of the 4 beach cruiser bikes included with the rental while you`re here and ride down to the beach where you`ll find white sand, azure water, and all the fun you can imagine. Sombrero Beach offers visitors use of volleyball courts, covered pavilions, and showers for rinsing of after sunning on the beach or splashing in the sea.

Back at your home away from home take a refreshing dip in the concrete pool (heated during our colder months) and make use of the large, paved deck surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. You`ll have water views right from the poolside lounge chairs!

Paradise Found provides everything needed for fishermen and families alike. Bring your boat, or rent one while your down here, and keep it right out back of the home where there`s space for up to 50ft of dockage. Load up your coolers from the on site commercial ice maker. There`s also a conveniently located fish cleaning table with running water to clean up your catch as soon as you get back from a day on the water. This home also offers the use of 5 kayaks to explore the island with!

Bring your filets inside and cook up a meal in the bright and spacious kitchen. This home is perfect for large groups or multiple families.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a fully separate 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with a private, ground-level entrance downstairs, there are no interior connections between upstairs and downstairs. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 have King sized beds while bedrooms 3 and 5 have Queen sized beds.

There`s plenty of parking outside with room for multiple cars and a boat trailer. The fully fenced in yard is perfect for your pets to enjoy paradise as much as you will!

Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest.

We take an annual trip to the keys with our best friends and this was the best house we have ever stayed at with the kids. It was a quiet neighborhood with a large dock and beautiful backyard including a pool. The house had everything you would need and more, including snorkel gear and pool/ocean floats. We hope to be back soon!

Great Family Week

It was a perfect home for 8 adults and one infant. We loved the heated pool, kayaks in the channel, biking around the neighborhood. We had two of our adult children use the downstairs bedrooms and they liked the privacy of their rooms. We also enjoyed all the board games, beach chairs/towels and other fun games like large Connect Four. We went to a lot of different restaurants and bars in the area and took a drive to Key West to shop and went on a 1-1/2 sunset cruise. It was a great week to enjoy the sun and we got to see a big Super Bowl win by the Chiefs!!!

December in Paradise

We came down and spent the week right before Christmas! The house and property are just as stunning as the pictures show! The backyard is beautiful and private. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. It’s super convenient to the Publix which worked out when we needed anything. Our favorite feature was the light at the bottom of the canal in the backyard. Super cool! Also this house is equipped with plenty of fishing equipment, kayaks, tubes, games etc. The only negative was that there was no ice. The listing says they have a commercial ice maker, which they do, it just doesn’t work. And the indoor fridges also wouldn’t make ice or put out any water, so we had to keep buying bags of ice and bottled water.

Just what we needed!!

Very nice property with all the amenities of home and more. Great for families with teens that prefer their own space (downstairs). Plenty of room for a comfortable stay! Pool and all the games, bikes, kayaks and paddle board were a definite plus! Would stay again!!

Great spot for a fishing week

Amazing location with a good dock. Low tide gets quite low and should be careful of oysters on the dock posts. Commercial ice maker is very very convenient to top off the boat.

The house was gorgeous, clean, well appointed, included kayaks, bikes, board games, plenty of beach towels, chairs for the pool deck. All we had to do was enjoy and relax.

Great home, a few surpises

lovely home well equipped. the few surprises were the distanced required to travel by boat to get to gulf or ocean was excessively long. also, with house, the house layout is not described well. the two bedrooms at the lower part of the house are not connected to the upper part of house with inside stair access. Those sleeping downstairs had to go outside and climb stairs leading to the screened in deck on second level to gain access to kitchen and rest of house.

Overall a great home in Marathon! Location is ideal close to everything. The dock out back is wonderful to watch the tarpon and wish we had brought our boat. House was clean and plenty of space will definitely book this home again!

Hands down absolute best house

No need to look anywhere else. This house has it all, kayaks, bikes, a beautiful pool, dock for fishing, stuff for the beach, all the cooking utensils you need and most of all the house can accommodate a good sized family and friends. We loved our stay here. We have no complaints at all. Very clean and organized. If I had anything maybe some more blankets in the house. Also the VRBO listing states 4 bathrooms. There are only actually 3. That needs to be changed. But again this place is amazing and you don’t want to miss out on renting this house.

Great time at a great place

Beautiful home, great layout for 3 families. We had our 4, brother in laws 4 and grandparents and it was very comfortable. Great location, easy access to grocery and most importantly the water! Would definitely go back again! Enjoyed the late check out so we could spend one more morning on the water!

Great location! It was so close to the supermarket and an easy ride on the boat to great fishing! The pool was fantastic and the bikes were great to use. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our week stay.

The house was beautifully decorated with high end appliances. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for the week (ample supplies of towels and kitchen ware.
