The downstairs features a cozy queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom for added convenience. Upstairs, the luxurious master suite offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom, providing a private retreat. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a full (double) bed—share a well-appointed full bathroom in the hallway.

Outside, Casa De Tiki invites you to relax by its heated pool, ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Pool heat is included from November to April, ensuring your comfort year-round. Enjoy complimentary paddle boards for exploring the nearby canals or simply relax by the water's edge. Boating enthusiasts will love the private docking area, offering easy water access and an on-site fish cleaning station. Max boat length is 30ft. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows One boat & One trailer only.

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
