We loved the hotel overall with a few issues to note. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever needed. All of the staff at outside tiki bar/restaurant were absolutely great. Food was excellent and entertainment was great. Pool near beach was great, clean and well kept. Few hiccups: One day before we cancel date received email notification that main pool would be under maintenance all week. Did remove resort fee and provided two free drinks for inconvenience. Also provided letter to use pool at sister resort site which we did not get to use. Room was clean each day, but service missed cleaning on last night there but left two clean towels. Seemed to have run past 5PM set complete times. No breakfast was provided in restaurant on mornings and had coffee for cost via a coffee machine. Had offer to order food to room which we did not use.

The issue was that we paid over 600 for one night. Checked in around 5pm and pools were already closed by 6pm. Woke up the next morning with hopes of using pools prior to departure and find out our bracelets had already been deactivated prior to check out time. So called “beach area” seemed small and dirty. Not worth the high rate! Would never stay here again!

Deeply disappointed in this stay. It’s almost unbelievable how ridiculous this resort treated us. The following is the good, the bad and the ugly. The good.. Nice location, central to many options outside of resort. Curbside appeal, with the look of a nice property. Cute, well laid out housing.. Clean property, well maintained, with exceptions. Amenities are sufficient, if available. The bad… Furniture is well used to worn out. Beds are worn out. Appliances are well used, work poorly. Restaurant and bar are overpriced Trickery at the front desk. No management in sight. The ugly… Main pool under construction Beach dirty and covered in sea grass Putting green covered in debris Construction al over the property. Construction materials and debris everywhere. Loud construction work in progress. Rude staff Rules on top of rules.

Yes, the room was very clean. We especially enjoyed the heated small pool close to our room. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed the chairs by the water.

We stayed in a 3 room villa, it was great! Daily house keeping is nice. The amenities were good enough that the family wanted to hang around the resort instead of going to other beach areas or activities.

Amenities...no lights after 6 pm....hard to do anything in the complex....when sun goes down you cannot enjoy evening outside thus there are only few lights so you cannot do anything at the beach. It would be nice if they would have bunch of torches/light thru-out the complex....it would be reaĺly enjoyable. No food service on-site/no cooking restaurant...everything is being brought from different restaurants. Yes - it gets delivered but I would prefer a pool drink/food service. The bigger lagoon pool is not heated so it was really cold to swim in. The small pool was warm but no directional signs to find it. We just thought it was really cute on photos but reality is much different.

Overall had a good stay. Staff were great, campus was nice. Only negative was the musty smell of the unit stayed in. The neighbors complained of the same smell. It lingered in our clothes as well.
