We enjoyed our two evening stay at Coco K the property and the employees were very nice. My boyfriend enjoyed the free coffee daily. We also took an 8 mile bike ride on the bikes from the property.

Check in was a disaster!! The receptionist was laughing and talking with a large group in front of us. When we were finally able to check in, she continued stopping to talk with that group, didn’t listen to us. Even though I had booked 2 rooms, she put us in different buildings. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds was comfortable. Our friends room was clean with the exception of the floor. It was filthy!! The pool was not heated!! The manager did call the next afternoon and offered to move us, to which we declined the offer. Wasn’t packing up and moving when we were leaving the next morning. The receptionist at check out was so kind and professional.
