If you are looking for a tropical Keyz experience, you have arrived in paradise at this three bedroom two bathroom home on a direct ocean access canal which has all the comforts of home and more.
**This is a 3 bedroom(1King, 1Queen, 1full and twin bedroom) & 2 full bathroom rental** There is no ground floor apartment or access as of 2022.*
Directly outside of the screened in patio we have a dock which will accommodate a 50 Foot boat or about 50 total feet of dockage for multiple boats. Dock outside of the house, and have access to a hose, water, fish cleaning station to clean up after your long day of fishing or fun day on the water either snorkeling, scuba diving or whatever floats your boat! When you’re ready to enjoy happy hour, because it’s 5 o’clock somewhere in the keys, You can relax at the Tiki Hut and screened in patio area where you can enjoy lounging on the sectional sofa, dining on a six person dining table, watch TV or enjoy the hammock and outside deck area as well.
There is plenty of space to host your friends over and enjoy your fresh caught fish and lobster! When you’re ready to venture out on the kayaks we have a two person and one person kayak and also a paddleboard.
When you’re ready to get on the grill and cook for the family, there is also a patio and grilling area for your leisure. Please also enjoy taking an outside shower as the outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the pool.
For you fishermen out there, we also have a bait freezer conveniently located next to the screened in porch. Last but not least, please enjoy your own personal private pool surrounded by lush tropical palm trees, While being secluded canalside and tiki bar side. Pool towels provided.
Inside of home: Our home has Comcast cable, high-speed wireless Internet, a king master suite with a television, queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom as well. We have washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Don’t worry about bringing pots to cook your lobster as we have a large steamer available above the refrigerator to steam your lobster.
Our home is open concept regarding the kitchen/dining and living area. If there are any other suggestions you would ever have about items in the kitchen please feel free to ask our property manager for a reasonable requests!

All linens are included and fully cleaned by CDC guidelines.

Wireless Internet and landline telephone is also available for making local calls and having connection to the Internet at all times.

If you are looking for securing two homes or even three homes due to a large party, a wedding, or a big family you can rent from our friends next-door who has a house on both sides of ours to accommodate large parties.
