Property is walking distance to food market and Robinson’s place; close to all tourist hot spots and the Manila zoo. There was a massage spa next door to our room, which was super convenient and the owner was super sweet. Room location near small stores and the same level of the pool. So, for long-stays I’m Manila this would be a great place. The down side was at the time of our stay, the hotel was cleaning out its sewage and dumping it in to the river that runs along side the hotel, which separates the hotel from the zoo. The fumes of the sewage permeated throughout the property and in our room, which made it difficult to breath, sleep and overall be comfortable. Had to check out early and moved to Makati.
