Staff were amazing!! The best customer service! Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast? Not the best menu but still good. They have sardines which I don’t mind but sardines for breakfast and pasta? Would rather have longanisa, Tocino or tapa and fried rice, eggs. I feel this is more also better for your foreign customers not just Filipinos. Would recommend still this hotel due to the friendliest staff and good service. Thank you!!

This was not my first experience at City Garden Suites Manila. An outstanding staff. Clean rooms. GREAT food. I trust them to take good care of my family when we visit Manila and they do! Dependability and trust goes a long way in service. I recommend City Garden Suites to anyone needing to stay near the Embassy, St. Luke's Medical Extension or just wanting to visit the Philippine National Museum.Thank you. We will be back soon.

The hotel is generally excellent. The rooms do vary but they are continually refurbishing their older rooms. The noise levels from traffic can sometimes filter into the rooms but the area is always active throughout the night. Th breakfast is good and has a good all round choice of food. The room was very clean. The only mini irritation is the supply of 3 in 1 coffee; if you don’t take sugar there is no alternative offered.
