The rooms are a bit dated in their layout, and amenities are few (no coffee or hot water machine, no fridge, very tight bathroom layout). The housekeeping staff were excellent, as was reception when I arrived an hour early.

It’s in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to grand central station, less than 20 minute walk to Times Square, about 20 minute walk to the Empire State Building and lots of food options very close by. There’s even a Starbucks basically in the lobby which I went to for coffee since there’s no coffee maker nor fridge in the room and I discovered on the day I checked out they have complimentary coffee tucked away at the checkin/out desk so I actually didn’t need to pay for Starbucks. Only real complaint was how expensive it was to park. When they say they have parking available at the hotel just go ahead and find your own parking.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was spacious. The hotel is located in a great spot that is accessible to everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and professional.
