After reading some of the previous reviews I was a little concerned but the property was great we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the price was reasonable the only suggestion would be it would be nice if coffee was provided somewhere in the hotel or there were coffee makers in the room that was odd and if there were some seating spots in the lobby

Terrible hotel . No AC during winter -was really hot making it difficult to sleep. Also ice machine was out in 3 different floors. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Motel 8 is better that this hotel.

Pros: The staff was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a few blocks from Times Square and convenient to transportation. Cons: The cleaning staff was not very reliable. They didn’t clean the bathroom very well and a couple of times didn’t give us any washcloths. Our biggest problem with the place was the HVAC system. You could not set a temperature for the room. They only have heat in the winter and cooling in the summer so it’s either on or off. Once the room gets too warm there is no way to cool it off. They suggested opening the windows but that did not help at all. The room still didn’t cool down and all it did was make the constant noise louder. Lots of sirens at night and people outside pretty much 24 hours a day.
