Great location and value

Great central location. Good value Good hotel that was clean and efficient although could do with an update. Rooms were big for NYC and bee extremely comfortable. I would stay again.

It was stifling hot when we got to our room. I turned off the heat and opened the windows. We were unable to sleep the first night. The next day I contacted the front desk who told me that the air conditioner was not able to be used and that we had to open our windows to cool our room down. That didn’t work. They brought up a small fan which did barely anything. I would not stay here again.

There was no hot water and they didn’t even offer to fix it and was blatantly ignoring the issue and asked us have the water running. Hour went by and the issue was there and we had to take a freezing shower in the middle of a freezing winter day. We brought the issue up to them and they offered no solution till my husband asked how are you going to compensate for this issue then the manager said there will be a half off refund and we still haven’t received it. Ya stay away from this hotel and go to Hilton or Holiday Inn in that area smh this is awful and there is this awful smell in the building !

Bag guy was the best!! Getting a taxi was horrible; ended up using uber; room wasn’t as clean as expected. I got into a car accident in a taxi and asked for early check in…. Front desk was not able to accommodate so I ended up spending most of the night in the ER
