The hotel was over priced for the stay It it not on the town centre and a walk from the station going trough industrial areas The room was not cleaned each day which was not made clear One of the young girls who was a student and a receptionist was delightful as was a security officer On reflection we should have stayed at the local travel lodge near by which would have been better value

Certainly not worth £171 for one night with no breakfast and I booked the room months ago. Comfortable but small room, toilet running and couldn’t use the TV because remote batteries were dead. Asked for new batteries but none forthcoming. Overall a poor experience, would have been better off staying at the Ibis over the road for about £70.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel . Though very busy at check in, very quickly checked in. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Very clean all round and perfectly placed for the Coop live venue. Excellent breakfast to top it all off
