A lovely member of staff welcomed us on arrival called Umaid, he was so lovely. Greeted us happily, even provided refreshments on arrival as a gesture of good will, due to delay on check in. Everything was great on check in room was amazing. On the 2nd evening there was a girl called Molly who had to rescan the room card as it was inactive. She didn’t speak at all, very stern and no smile she may look young but her serious face can be quite intimidating. Based on Umaid 5* based on Molly 3*
