We just needed a place to sleep for the night so low price was the priority. Room was clean, bed was comfy only thing lacking was a mirror in the room

Although a little outside of the city it is well served by buses. The room was at the front and suffered from the traffic noise. Staff were very courteous and helpful. It would be difficult to grumble at their prices.

When I booked hotel I saw an excellent review and ended up paying £81 for the night only to find out when we got here that a room for the night was £40. They also wanted us to share a bathroom and there was no way we were doing that. The kind gentleman on reception was very helpful to us and managed to get the price down for us and gave us a different room. Would not recommend.

The room was small, no natural light as a broken blind covered the window, but it was clean and ok for what we required. The man on reception was polite. For the price we have no complaints

We stayed here last night and although I knew it wasn’t going to be amazing due to the fantastic price, I would have at least hoped that we would have water. The water was temperamental. When we switched on the taps and shower sometimes nothing would come out for a while and other times we would get a drizzle. The walls are very paper thin as we could hear other guests who were very loud coming in in the early hours of the morning which made it hard to get some rest. We were also only provided with two hand sized towels instead of normal sized towels for a shower. Also no parking available either. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Staff were nice, the room was well-furnished for the price (included towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel). The room had a hairdryer, kettle, mugs, with milk/tea/sugar etc. It also had a TV, with a Netflix account already provided. The Google reviews seem to be outdated/don't match, as we were right next to the stairs and didn't hear any noises. It has wifi and the keycard made for easy and secure access. There's street parking around and an RCP carpark near it, plus a bus stop 20 second walk away. Bathroom was clean, bin provided, and shower temperature and pressure was very good. Sheets clean and the double bed was an actual double bed, not 2 singles pushed together. 3 pillows and a throw provided too. Also a fan and heater in the room which were very good additions.

Glad I had a great stay! What really stood out was how clean and comfortable the room was—it felt fresh and well cared for. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. The amenities were well maintained and convenient, adding to the overall comfort. Room was neat and clean, good heating. I have stayed here few times, one of the best budget hotel. Lots of place near by to eat in or take away. Only issue I had my door was opened accidently by someone as inner lock didn't work in the room i stayed.
