Wifi takes time to load. Could not do ny work. Had to rely on my phone data. The lift is a mystery as no one will know which kift is resdy to baird. Got to move around at the lobby hoping tocatch the lift. The top shower head is so so dirty and gosh seems they have yet to clean it for week. last fewbweeks.

Overall we have an enjoyable stay at Hatten Hotel. We have booked sea view rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean. However there are issues in the 2nd bedroom with the shower and tv and all got fixed quickly upon informing the staff. The buffet breakfast has a big selection of Asian and western food. We are happy to return and stay here again.
