This is a very nice ~4.5 star hotel in about the best location you could imagine if you like street food and lots of restaurant options. All the Jalan Alor street vendors are directly across the road and around just one corner. The restaurants are even easier, on Jalan Bukit Bintang just outside. The hotel gym and pool area are much better than you would expect, with particularly lovely gardens around the pool. The rooms and clean, large and comfortable.

Conference rooms were as cold as 14C. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed the entire 11 days of my stay. Pool bar often had no cold beer at all, and when it was stocked the choice was between two average international brands. Room was great but air conditioner made a constant dripping noise - I slept with a pillow over my head every night.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and even allow me to check in earlier as there is available room. The gym and swimming pool are also in great conditions. The hotel is also walkable distance to Mahkota Parade shopping mall, and also to other attractions like Jonker street ...
