Everything about the hotel was average. The hotel's best days were clearly over as is it's obvious decline through lack of care and maintenance. TV was faulty and had to be replaced, pool area and deck chairs were dirty. The adjoining shopping mall was just sad and in an even faster state of decline.

Clean & equipped room, nice ambience

The hotel room was clean and well equipped. Its location beside the river front along with its pool area had a nice ambience. Service and buffet breakfast was great. Probably the only downside is waiting for the lift especially during peak hours. It was a bit slow. Overall, great hotel.

House keeping must done before noon time.

Toilet floor with water when check in. After one day go meet customer. When back hotel on 3pm. No house keeping until call front desk arrange. Waiting at lobby 2 hrs only done. Very bad experience.

A lot to improve hotel

the cleanliness needs to improve, the floor super sticky, very uncomfortable to walk in the room, toiletries provded are low standard like those 2 3 start hotel, no quality. the 9th floor facilities need to improve and clean up, a few broken chair still leave it as it is, tennis court net :(. Please do have 24hrs Gym entrance, we business trip can have early walk out and left hotel before sun rise please
