Modern south facing lake property in East Harris Bay on Whiteface Reservoir.

Discover one of the best locations on Whiteface Reservoir. With nearly 400 feet of south facing shoreline, a transient boat dock adjacent to an on-property private boat landing, this is gem of a property. The center piece on the waterfront is a generous swimming dock and short-swim moored raft, all set up and framed by a water’s edge deck area.

Trail lighting illuminates steps down from the main building to the waterfront deck.

Amenities inside the main building is a commercial inspired kitchen with many different appliances including electric flat-top griddle, waffle maker, microwave, toaster, blender, food processor, food chopper and more. A full variety of seasoning are kept on hand and stocked, a free-use pantry is available for things you may have forgotten to bring along such as sugar, flour, rice and more.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Main building features a king bed, a queen bedroom with a set of twin bunks, this cabin offers a cozy retreat for guests.

The other two rooms are just a short walk to a detached bunk house. These rooms offer privacy and an escape from the main building. 1 queen bunk room and 1 king bunk room. Each of these bunk room includes a lofted area that has 2 twin beds each. A center lavatory room features a maintained composting toilet for bunk house sleepers’ comfort and convenience.

There are 2 bathrooms in the main building and are equipped with showers for your comfort. A seasonal outdoor shower is active during Late spring and summer months, June–September.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Collect all personal gear. Wipe down countertops and stove areas. Cleanup coffee and beverage area. Hand-wash large pots and chef’s knives, start dirty dishes load in dishwasher.
Sort recycling into three groups (aluminum, glass/plastic, and paper board) and bring to the front porch. Collect kitchen / bath trash, haul to front porch.
Close all windows, lock doors on lakeside of building. Final walk-through, collect remaining personal items. Press “Schlage” on front door, twist deadbolt to lock. Text 218-590-4432 to check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
