From the moment I walked to the bar and announced I had a booking, I was spoilt. The staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming. My room was amazing, large tv, able to access sport as a diversion as I was there on a study trip. When you arrive on a Saturday arvo and the bistro is packed, you just know that the food and service will be outstanding. The Windsor Castle did not disappoint in any area. The staff informed me, upon check in, that there would be music playing after dinner. Honestly, I couldn’t hear it from my room and slept well. A huge thank you to the staff that looked after me during my stay. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for the weary traveller who needs some “ looking after” the lovely people who look after you are amazing, great place to stay 👍

Towels were small and one had lipstick on from previous customer. Artificial Fingernail were on the carpet from previous customer. Milk, sugar, biscuit and coffee were not restocked so until there was a shop open we went without. Room's uninsulated so noisy from client's talking in stairwell and rooms and slamming doors, suggest more sign's. Cup's were partially rinsed so milk residues still in cup. Room was quiet, clean and tidy. Only issue was I think we had the wrong TV remote as the one in the room didn’t work. We only stayed a single night so didn’t bother following it up.. Would stay there again.

Great location and helpful staff. Perfect for a short stay. Enjoyed the pub downstairs when it was raining. Also within walking distance to shops and other dining areas. Rooms also were modern and clean.

A simple room at the rear of the hotel. Very clean and with all the usual amentities. Recently renovated bathroom was good. Easy access to the hotel which has a wonderful bistro. Good music on Saturday night. Close to shops.

Was welcomed by a the charming Kylie who could not have been more warm and helpful. Her care of us was followed up throughout our stay. Rooms and all amenities were immaculate. Dining area and food excellent!

We checked in very late after major delays in our long day's drive, and the staff left us waiting, not knowing when someone would be able to check us in. When we requested a late check-out, they were unable to accommodate this request. We were booked into a room on the top floor and there was no lift, so we were left to haul our large luggage up two flights of stairs. In the morning, there was no breakfast available onsite and no cafes open in town. We left, early, tired and hungry to eat breakfast an hour down the road. The room was clean and comfortable, but otherwise it was a very difficult stayover.
