The one thing that I appreciate the most is clean rooms and clean bathrooms. this room was spotless! The staff is very helpful and one of the women at the desk (blondish long hair) Saturday night actually walked us all the way through the conference center to find the pub so that we wouldn't have to walk outside in some bitter cold weather. We were actually very Impressed. The pool water was nice and warm and the pool area was nice and warm. Most appreciated. Also, very impressed with the workout area quality of equipment. And what hotel? Thinks to take the time to have a butter knife as well as a cutting knife available breakfast? how nice. ( Writing this on the plane so apologize for any typos :).)

We have stayed at Nationwide/Ohioan several times, and the staff are always pleasant. This time, they were learning the "new system" in the front desk and was a little slow in navigating the process. My family will be staying there again in the springtime, so I can give you more feedback then. Great place to stay.

This place is beautiful and welcoming. The room was roomy and very tasteful and comfy. The breakfast was top notch.vtge lady working in the breakfast room was polite attentive and did a great job. The only thing was the staff at check in. They may be new staff?The food was clean fresh and very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and especially the dining room staff. Breakfast was good and plentiful. All around nice stay. Only complaint is the cleaning staff tried to enter our room while we were still here at 10 am and we had the do not disturb sign hanging on door handle.
