Room very clean , staff very friendly, area centric walked around easy to go everywhere public transportation around the corner , the only negative I can say is the building elevator to small but that is very normal in Madrid other than that everything was good.

The bathroom is extremely SMALL. It’s is not the standard side for any hotel. Nor it’s for any North American clients. It can’t feet an average person. You should mention that in the property description. Plus post the whole size photo of the bathroom and moreover, indicate that your elivator is for 1 person ! And the accrual size of it. Because this was a wow shock for us using the 4th floor with our loggers it was not easy !

The hotel inside is clean and spacious but the entrance is a little inconspicuous. The lift was not very inviting and the stairs up to the hotel were very worn and dark

Great location right off plaza del sol. The bathroom of our room was a little weird with the shower between the door and toilet/ sink and the elevator a little funky, but the location and price more than made up for it as a place to launch out and explore Madrid from.

Amazing hotel close to the best parts of Madrid. Everything is within walking distance - shops, restaurants, cab, and metro. Unit was also very nice and modernized. Management was also super nice. Definitely recommend this place.
