The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful at this location. The rooms are small, but the service and kindness of staff made this trip a lovely stay. We did receive an Expedia VIP perk, and we were very grateful for that!

The stay was great! The staff were accommodating! Clean sheets and facilities The only thing I can say is the elevators were poor quality.. only one elevator worked and it took forever to get to our rooms. So they definitely need to see about that.

A great stay

Great stay, the reception staff were great and very attentive. The room its self was great with a very comfortable bed and very quiet aircon. The only thing holding back from perfection was the roof top bar, the service was poor like we were a bit of an inconvenience and the music was offensive and not in keeping with my previous Hard Rock experiences around the world.
