Convenient stay in Madrid

Stayed here for 5 days with 7 people, and it was in a very convenient location from all the touristy locations/attractions. Adjacent to a few theaters so can be a bit loud, but not too much to where it's distracting. 4-5 minute walk from Tirso de Molina (Line 1) station, so can be easily reached if you come into Madrid via Atocha. Would recommend for big families/groups that are looking to stay in a central part of Madrid.

Experienced multiple issues

The hot water rarely worked. Ended up taking multiple cold showers. Check in process was horrible. We were not told where/how to pick up key to apartment, only told to buzz our room. Not enough toilet paper.

Modern apartment in vibrant central madrid

Loved how modern this apartment was, with a great layout and clean design. The location is vibrant, seconds from cafes, restaurants theatres, shops, etc. minutes from metro and Plaza Santa Ana - love that area. Great for kids with little playground in the square with many restaurant terraces to enjoy

Séjour familial à Madrid

Un séjour formidable ponctué de visites culturelles et sportives et Madrid nous a procuré tout cela. Nous avons tous été conquis par l’appartement. Spacieux, moderne, bien équipé et propre. En adéquation avec l’annonce. Une remarque cependant concernant le parking Dans la rédaction Abritel il est noté parking et ascenseur. Le parking est certes a côté mais public et payant.

Nie wieder!

Bei Anreise fehlte bei einem Fenster der Fensterflügel. In mehreren Anrufen bei der Hotline wurde Abhilfe versprochen, diese erfolgte erst nach drei Tagen. Dann tropfte die Klimaanlage, es gab eine grosse Pfütze auf dem Boden, wir mussten einen Eimer unterstellen. Bis zur Abreise erfolgte keine Reparatur. Mails an den Gastgeber hatten nur pauschale Antworten zur Folge. Bloss nicht mieten!
