The apartment was in good condition. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There was some noise at night and early in the morning, but nothing very uncomfortably. Metro station and el Retiro were very close to the apartment. It was a good stay. There are several "Dia groceries" nearby.

Tired and neglected

The property is very tired and neglected. Things like none of the blinds work (essential when you are overlooked), two broken coffee pots, lights that flicker, noisy fridge in bedroom, badly fitting/secured front door. I could go on.... Basically poorly maintained. Management company were not interested. However the place was spotlessly clean!

Muy buena zona, muy buen servicio por parte de la persona que nos atendio para darnos las llaves. Limpieza correcta y muy comodo tener dos baños. Creo que hace falta un micro-hondas en la cocina. El TDT del salon funcionaba muy mal y y los peques se molestaban porque no podian ver dibujos.
