Great Place to Stay in Madrid City Center

The place is in the heart of city center and walkable to all the tourist spots in Madrid. The rooms were clean and host was also cordial to us the entire stay. She also helped with late check in.

The bathroom in our room had no ceiling. I got itchy looking at the condition of the walls and bed. No words. Also, was supposed to have a view of the city but the staff didn’t tell us that the view would be closed so ended up paying extra for no reason. People were working outside our window and making noise early in the morning. And the noise of the main street echos in the room terribly. We didn’t sleep from disgust and noise.

Location is great! Great view! Only thing i didn't like is that there was no AC only a ceiling fan and it was super hot! Opening the balcony windows worked a little bit. It is a busy and load location to be at. But it was great for the price!

Very expect, but extremely basic !

Very expensive and very basic with shared toilet. Not at all what we expected from booking. Quite rude service although they didn’t have what we booked and expected. Would recommend other people to stay away. Price almost 3 times what would be fair.

Localisation très bien mais état général très dégradé, la chambre ne correspond pas du tout à la photo, nous avons été très déçu. En plus, il y avait un échafaudage donc pas de vue du tout (ce qui était l'avantage de la chambre) et la vitre est dépolie. Tout est dans un immeuble dégradé avec un ascenseur qu'il faut attendre très longtemps à chaque fois.

El edificio se ve abandonado, el asensor es peligroso, no tiene balcon como ofrecen en la pagina web. No me quede la noche me tuve que ir, me dio miedo el lugar, estaba acomanado con mi hijo y ese edificio se ve en muy malas condiciones.
