READ WELL before you book: We had an absolutely dreadful experience renting the flat at Dobohomes D14 in Madrid. The flat was infested with unbearable, disgusting odors that made it impossible to stay inside for even a minute. Despite paying for two nights, we left immediately the flat, unable to use it at all. We requested a refund numerous times, but the owners were completely indifferent and careless. They demanded the full payment, showing no empathy or professionalism whatsoever. Even though we repeatedly complained, they delayed any action until the next day, fully aware that their stinking flat was uninhabitable. It was so bad, only rats could endure it. The management was negligent and apathetic, and we feel completely ripped off. We honestly believe our money was lost for nothing. DO NOT, under any circumstances, book this flat! It’s the worst rental experience in Madrid, and quite possibly, in the entire world!

I was happy with my stay

I was most impressed by having a cozy place to stay in an excellent location. It is one block off of Gran Via, yet has an old neighborhood feel. Metro stations are close by and many sites are within walking distance.

The entrance to the small rooms does not have a good appearance and room service doesn't exist, three days with the same towel and two small soaps. The only positive point is its location. I definitely won't go back to that place.

ARNAQUEUR ATTENTION !! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le code de la porte ne marchait pas, on a dû téléphoner à Dobo Homes. Ensuite, la chambre était propre mais il y régnait une odeur insupportable nous obligeant à aérer 30 minutes à chaque fois que l’on revenait de balade. Notre fenêtre donnait sur un mur donc aucune lumière du jour même en pleine journée. Très glauque… Insonorisation qui laisse à désirer, nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois par du bruit. Lors de la réservation Dobo Homes exige un dépôt de caution, sans ça pas de code pour rentrer dans le logement. Lors de notre départ, nous avons laissé un logement parfait : propre et rangé. Vers 20h le jour de notre départ nous avons étais débité de l’entièreté de la caution avec pour seul motif : toilettes bouchés par des lingettes. Nous n’avons pas de lingettes et les toilettes fonctionnaient très bien à notre départ. Nous avons essayé de les contacter pour contester mais aucune réponse de leur part. Après plusieurs messages, ils nous ont envoyé une facture d’un plombier datant de 4 jours plus tard pour débouchage de toilette qui coûte comme par hasard exactement le même montant que la caution… À ce jour, 1 mois plus tard, nous n’avons aucune réponse ou explication, nous nous sommes juste fait arnaquer. Ne réserver surtout pas chez Dobo Homes ils vous arnaquent et ne donnent plus de nouvelles. Très déçu aussi d’hôtel.com qui n’a rien fait non plus…

Unverschämt. Wurde mit Wasserschaden übergeben und defekter Toilette. Offensichtlich gab es des öfteren einen Wasserschaden im Gebäude. Statt einsichtlich sich zu entschuldigen für keine funktionsfähige Unterkunft gab es als dank, beim verlassen eine Schadenersatz Gebühr. Abzocke

Lugar ubicado justo frente al edificio de Primark y recibe todo el ruido de las obras de remodelación durante todo el día y la madrugada. No se puede dormir de verdad! Se solicitó apoyo al staff de Dobihomes y a Expedia y no me reubicaron y Dobohomes tampoco accedió a realizar un reembolso parcial. Otro desencanto es que el lugar huele a cloaca muy fétido. El baño de verdad apesta. Por ultimo estuve hospedada 7 noches y nunca se me ofreció limpieza o cambio de sábanas y toallas. Pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo.

En never fin lejlighed, ligger meget centralt. Gode faciliteter, manglede ikke noget. Dog var der næsten ingen dagslys i lejligheden - det skal man lige vende sig til. Hurtig og effektiv kommunikation og fungerer godt med nøglefri check-ind.

Una ubicación privilegiada, a dos cuadras de la gran via, pudimos caminar agusto por todas las calles. El cuarto es igual a la fotos, hermoso, comodo, tienen todo lo indispensable, pequeña cocina, cafetera y sus capsulas. El servicio y atencion de parte de dobohomes fue exvpecional, siempre al pendiente de casa detalle, dan respuesta rapida. realmente volvere, lo recomiendo bastante!
