There are several reasons for this rating as following: 1- host communication is terrible and somehow inappropriate. Specifically, requesting for identification documents is unnecessary and above host authority. 2- Poor ventilation in apartment causes bad smell particularly cooking and using bathroom. As there is no fan/ventilation in bathroom/toilet. 3- inadequate essential items such as toilet paper ( only 2 rolls was provided for 3 nights), lack of extra blanket and linens. 4- No WiFi/Internet connection downgrades the liveability of apartment for a family travelling with kids. In summer, the host is irresponsible, not welcoming. Very basic apartment.

El propietario no me quiso cambiar la reserva con la excusa de que tenía q ser el mismo mes, cuando antes me lo había cambiado ya de un mes para otro. Tuve q mandarle mil mensajes, a los q no contestaba. No me dio ninguna solución. Quiero el reembolso.
