The staff were very friendly and obliging. The room was comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the discounts at local shops and restaurants just for staying at the Hamilton Inn. The location was so convenient as well. We’ll definitely be booking again.

I got a different room than what I had reserved. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable. The bathroom supplies were only a bar a soap and two bottles of shampoo. However, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

A woman was struggling with the luggage cart and an employee dropped what she was doing to help the woman. Spoke volumes about the staff. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good with lots of choices. We were able to get around easily from this location. I would stay here again.

The staff registering guests were horrible. There were 8 people waiting to check in, three clerks, two computers. Nobody was complaining, but for some reason, one clerk felt the need to rudely scream out “ We will be with you shortly”. The guests were looking at each other wondering why she was yelling. The bathtub has a mold problem. Staff in dining area very cordial.

Check in was very slow with poor attitude by the front staff and vague and confusing directions on where to park and what door to use. The hotel was very crowded which made for a crowded breakfast. The food was not very appealing. The room temperature was hard to control.
