Our first room was awful. When we filled the hot tub up and started the jets black crap came out of the jets all over the place. We called the front desk and asked a manager to come up and she sent up a housekeeper instead. Never came up herself. Then we switched rooms and they never brought up new room keys. When I went down to get the new keys she told me she was letting us settle in, as on the phone she told us we could not occupy both rooms at once so we would have to move rooms. Our second rooms hot tub had stuff coming out of the jets as well. Went to the front desk and the manager sent up yet another housekeeper. When we showed the housekeeper the tub she started to clean the bottom and then ran the water. Out came more black particles. She told me that she was going to go back and tell her manager what she had seen and when I asked her what did she see all she kept telling me was that she was going to tell her manager what she saw. I asked her to leave the room and to not continue cleaning the tub because all she had was a squirt bottle full of tub cleaner, nothing to clean the jets out with. Awful place. When I checked out I asked for a check out receipt and because we used Expedia to book the room they couldn't give me a paid in full receipt at the hotel. Seems like no one there cares about the customers. The manager wanted to give us an 80% off our next stay, but I will never stay there again so that isn't going to work.
